Synergizing traditional media and social web for monetization. A modified media micropayment model

This article explores the challenges traditional media faces in its endeavours to capture the monetary potential of online products. The authors argue that a synergetic business model can maximise strengths and alleviate weaknesses of the traditional media and social Web. This article explores business models for social networking sites and explains how these models correlate to legacy media.
