Free is not a business model

Phil Wainewright gives a short critical discussion on giving products and services for free, or the ‘freemium’ model. He argues that even though people like Chris Anderson, author of ?Free: the future of radical price?, advocate it, the model is not necessarily the best for all online businesses.
