Making convergence work in the newsroom (SA focus)

This is a case study based on observations at The Times and Die Burger, and on a convergence experiment in the African Media Matrix at Rhodes.The author examines the evolving roles of the journalists and the editors, and assesses how convergence is occurring and what is working and not working.
