New media technologies are evolving at a rapid rate. With this evolution comes a myriad of possibilities and abilities of digital devices than ever before. The opportunities for businesses to capitalise on this are immense: they can make their devices/ apps/ websites better suited to the individual user, and they can reduce their risk levels.
